Ms. Fowler is a Research and EBP Specialist at University of Iowa Health Care. Fowler advances EBP through mentorship of frontline clinicians and patient engagement. She is the program coordinator for the EBP Internship. Her work includes the promotion of implementation science and has developed procedures and considerations for multiple strategies in the Iowa Implementation for Sustainability Framework©.
